Cartagena is a vigorous, mid-May harvesting variety with well-protected, excellent white curds that open at harvest.
Crantock has a broad habit with an upright central leaf, good curd protection, resistance to ringspot, and a weighty round shape.
Cubert is a medium-to-large sized variety with smooth curd wrap and healthy-looking leaves, boasting a 90% average cut rate in the Duchy trials for 2023/24.
Doelan is harvested by early March in Cornwall and mid-March in Lincolnshire. It has a very clean frame and a strong, wide harvest window.
EXP3195 has improved wrap over its predecessors, with a medium upright habit and good bottom health.
Fletcher is a May-harvesting variety with good curd quality.
