“We feel that Moulton thoroughly deserves its recommendation for all regions of the UK and offers growers the widest market outlets available for a high yielding Group 4 variety. Of the ten Group 4 soft wheat varieties on the latest AHDB Recommended List , Moulton produces the highest Hagberg Falling Number, the highest protein content and the second highest specifi c weight. In addition, it is showing promise in distilling tests and already has the uks soft wheat for export approval.
