Swede HelenorThis variety is suitable for maincrop/late production of pre-pack specification swede. It has a good globe shape, with a neat neck and root. A deep colour is achieved early in root development, and it has excellent flesh quality, and a sweet taste.

A new hybrid from our own breeding program. Tweed has attractive purple shoulder and tasty cream coloured flesh. One of our first hybrid Swedes, Tweed has globe shaped roots which are very uniform. Early growth habit is vigorous.
Swede Tyne F1NEW Bred by Elsoms Seeds, Tyne F1 is the first ever hybrid swede. It has a dark purple top and cream base. It is a larger, rounder swede than Helenor but maintains a good shape. It has a cream-coloured flesh with a very good flavour.
